Liam McManus grew up in a small village in the west of Cavan, with a strong tradition of Irish music and dance. At the age of four he was brought to his first music and dance classes. Not long after he started performing at local sessions, events and festivals with his brothers. He was hooked from there on. He placed 8th in the World Irish Dancing Championships and top three in the Ulster Championships seven years straight. He began his professional dancing career at the age of seventeen. He performs music and dance worldwide and enjoys putting on a show when home.
